Meeting & Scoping (In-Person or Online)
We will hold an in-person or online meeting to discuss your needs in detail and propose a scope of work, timeline, and fee structure.
Contract & Commencement
Once terms are agreed, we prepare a contract and begin work upon execution. Both electronic and paper contracts are accepted.
Fees
We work on a time-charge or fixed-fee basis. For litigation and dispute matters, a retainer-plus-success-fee structure may apply instead.
Fees are proposed at the meeting stage, based on the nature, scale, and complexity of the matter.
Engagements are handled on a per-matter basis. For clients seeking ongoing involvement, legal counsel and tax retainer arrangements are also available.
Quasi-mandate agreements as a rule, with specialized agreements used where the nature of the work calls for it.
