Q. Is there a deadline for registering a change of directors?

Q. What procedures are required to dissolve and liquidate a company?

Dissolving a joint-stock company requires: (1) a dissolution resolution (special resolution at a general meeting) and dissolution registration; (2) appointment and registration of a liquidator; (3) public notice in the Official Gazette (at least two months for creditor protection); (4) settlement of assets and repayment of debts; and (5) completion of liquidation registration.
